DO NOT BE DECEIVED!
I once had someone tell me that he met someone that told him everything about himself. He said... how could he know this other than if God gave it to him, right? The person who told him everything about himself began to talk of Jesus... but after the person was pulled in... the conveyor of information began to demonstrate many ungodly fruits while proclaiming God is ok with it. Because the person had inside information that only could have been received from a non-human... his first inclination was to believe it was from God. Let me make something clear... THE DEVIL and HIS DEMONS are spirits too... and they watch you and know things about you too. The enemy will masquerade as an angel of light to those unsuspecting people who do not look at the tree itself to see what fruit it is bearing. They are blinded because the person gave them some information that blew their mind. The devil has agents in the earth... and they receive information to. Just because they have paraded as light... do not forsaken the word of God which lets you know if they are truly from God. How they operate will line up with the spirit of God which inspired His word in written form.
2 Corinthians 11:12- 15 New International Version (NIV)
12 And I will keep on doing what I am doing in order to cut the ground from under those who want an opportunity to be considered equal with us in the things they boast about. 13 For such people are false apostles, deceitful workers, masquerading as apostles of Christ. 14 And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. 15 It is not surprising, then, if his servants also masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.
