Be careful of what you allow people to have you move on. Everything that comes to your ear should not be taken as fact. Get an understanding for yourself without filter of the one who is bringing it to you. I have seen too many people who say they follow Christ disassociate themselves with other Christ Followers because they believed the report of someone else who had an agenda. If that person had a problem with another Christ Follower... he/she should talk to the person he/she had a problem with. Bringing it to anyone else first other then the alleged offending person is simply gossip with an intent to slander.
Matthew 18:15-18
15 “If your brother or sister sins, go and point out their fault, just between the two of you. If they listen to you, you have won them over. 16 But if they will not listen, take one or two others along, so that ‘every matter may be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.’ 17 If they still refuse to listen, tell it to the church; and if they refuse to listen even to the church, treat them as you would a pagan or a tax collector.
